Late Fees
In case we have not received payment of your Membership Fee (and, if applicable, any additional charges) by its due date, we will send you a non-payment notice on the 7th of the month. This will include a late fee charge of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount.
In addition to this late fee, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we are entitled to compensation for late payment calculated at the Dutch statutory interest rate for commercial transactions (wettelijke handelsrente), as may be amended from time to time. This statutory interest accrues separately from, and in addition to, the 10% late fee described above.
Late fee percentages, the statutory interest rate, and payment schedules are subject to change from time to time, as set out in the Membership Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
If you believe you have received a late payment notice in error and have already remitted payment, please send proof of your bank payment confirmation to reception@thestack.ai.
